How quickly will CD be sent after the payment and how long does it takes to deliver CD by post?The package will be shipped during 2 or 4 business days after the ordering. It will take 2-3 weeks to deliver the CD by post in Europe and 2-4 weeks to the USA and Canada and that is what depends on post services.
While CD is being shipped you can download files from Vector-Images.com as well. And you can purchase the images from any CD without shipping at all (such download packages are marked as "Download only").
Can I download files from ordered CD while it is being shipped?Yes, while CD is being shipped you'll be able to download the files from Vector-Images.com.
Can I purchase all the images on CD without shipping and download files from Vector-Images.com?Yes, you can purchase Download only packages as well and not pay the shipping fees.
I have ordered «Download only» file package. How can I change my order to the CD version?There is cost difference in amount of $5 that hould be paid to change your order from "Download only" file package to CD version. You can easily add $5 to your account and use the link "Change to Ship & Download" at your CD cart (or write to support@vector-images.com) to let us about your shipping address. The price difference will be charged from your account at Vector-Images.com.
I have troubles with whole CD or some filesPlease contact us and we will post you a new CD or send requested files by email. However there are no troubles usually.
