Does Vector-Images.com automatically charge my credit card after my subscription expires?We do not renew your subscription automatically. You can renew your subscription yourself only.
My credit card won't go through or rejected, what do I do next?Please check if you have completed the order form correctly, you should fill out all the fields.
In case your card rejected please contact your bank to find out what all the problem about.
You can also fill out the authorization form and send it back to us with your signature by e-mail or by fax.
We'll charge your credit card through our bank, and the payment will be listed on your account during 1 business day.
Can I pay by PayPal?Unfortunately we do not accept direct payments through PayPal currently. However you can pay through PayPal using this payment option via 2CheckOut. Please see more at "Add money" section.
Can I get a refund if I don't find the image I'm looking for?Yes, you have a full 7 days look around the Vector-Images.com. If you don't find any graphics that will work for you, you can get a full refund. We can't offer a refund after you download any images, so please make sure you want to stay a member of Vector-Images.com before downloading any files.
