When you purchase vector image or clipart package at Vector-Images.com you get only non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the images in your personal and professional work.

You may modify and publish all images as you wish in any personal, commercial or professional project for decoration or illustration purposes even if you resell your work.
IMPORTANT LIMITATION: You can not in any way make the images available for download or distribution, or give permission to download or save the images from your project as clipart or graphics.

Yes, you can use all images you download anytime without additional charges even your subscription expired.

Unfortunately our Standard license does not allow to use the images as part of any software for resale. You need to purchase the Extended license. Please see more with the License terms.

Unfortunately our standard Terms of Use allow to digitize images to be used on your own products only! We do not allow to resell our images in any digital (vector, raster or digitized) form.

However we can provide UPON REQUEST a permission (extended embroidery license) to resell digitized embroidery designs based on our images.

There are following additional terms (limitations) for extended embroidery license:
- Permision (license) is valid for only web site
- Permission (license) is non-transferable, you cannot allow your customers to resell or distribute your digitized embroidery files. However your customers may use designs on any non-digital embroidery products (even for sale)
- the total number of items (pieces of all products) with each design will not exceed 300 (calculated for each customer separately). Mass product manufacturers should purchase regular license for each image or set at www.vector-images.com

Accordingly to the international and local laws the national, regional, governmental and municipal flags, coats of arms, emblems, etc. itself are copyright free. However the vector and raster images are copyrighted by the artists who drew it (except the oficial images attached to the texts of laws that may be scanned and used free).

Useful analogy: e.g., the photograph of the flag raising on White House was copyrighted by the photographer, even though the flag and everything else in the picture could not itself be subject to copyright. Similarly any drawing made of a flag is copyrighted to the person who drew it, even though the flag itself could not be copyrighted.

Please note the usage of national, regional and local symbols is restricted in many countries and defined by local law for every coat of arms, flag or emblem separately. These restrictions are independent of the copyright status.
